Your Contractor and Designer/Architect work hand in hand to design your unit to fit within your budget. Skipping this step could cost you thousands of dollars in building cost.
We work with a number of talented Designers/Architects/Engineers that offer very low affordable prices that are pre-contracted with us to offer you a very fair and reasonable price for your architectural drawings.
Working with our trusted partners in designing and engineering your ADU we take the initiative in submitting your plans to the City Building Departments. Navigate the plan check approval process for you. Provide all necessary changes, corrections the City will require and help you obtain the necessary building permit effortlessly. This can save you hundreds of dollars in cost when trying to do this on your own.
We go even further than that by showing you your options for having separate utilities, a separate address for your ADU, and privacy separate from your main home.

The most exciting time of the process. Once we have your permit in hand then we are off to the races. We break ground, install your foundation, build your ADU and complete your project to deliver you that turn-key unit you so desire.
We work directly with the City Inspectors that will inspect our work to insure we are building according to your approved plans and to assure everything is built to city codes.
Once we're done we obtain your Occupancy Permit and hand you the keys.
